Le Tapis Rouge，这个西餐厅环境还是挺棒的呢，我们被安排坐在了比较靠近里面的位置，大家在这里边吃饭，边和好友聊聊天，真的是一件蛮惬意的事情的呢。

Le Tapis Rouge

Le Tapis Rouge, the environment of this western restaurant is still very good. We were arranged to sit in a closer position. It is really a pleasant thing for everyone to eat and chat with friends here.

Kudos to Giessbach for running a fully vegetarian and vegan gourmet restaurant! The meals my partner and I had at Le Tapis Rouge were pleasing to the eye and tasted delicious. It was lovely to savour classic French dishes, including a creamy and spicy bisque flavoured with seaweed, not lobster or other crustaceans. As a vegetarian, I haven&rsquo;t had much of that. The vegan spinach stuffed cr&ecirc;pes were very tasty and satisfying. I can definitely recommend Le Tapis Rouge and I think the food will be well liked by most, if not all, visitors. I can also strongly recommend staying overnight at this beautiful hotel with stunning surroundings.
